The PermaGreen “Lunch on Us” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by PermaGreen Supreme, Inc., 5609 Murvihill Road, Valparaiso, IN 46383 (“Sponsor”).

The Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET(“Entry Period”). Winners will be selected weekly during the Entry Period.

The Sweepstakes is open to persons who own or operate a lawn care business in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia - or alternatively, the ten (10) provinces and three (3) territories of Canada - who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

No purchase necessary. During the Entry Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes by either method:

• Online entry: Visit permagreen.com via a link in a PermaGreen promotional email during the Entry Period. One entry per email address per weekly drawing period.
• Mail-in entry (no purchase necessary):Hand-print your name, complete mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it to: PermaGreen “Lunch on Us” Sweepstakes, 5609 Murvihill Road, Valparaiso, IN 46383. Must be postmarked during the applicable weekly entry period and received within 5 business days of the drawing date.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries generated by script, macro, or automated means are void. Limit one (1) entry per person per weekly drawing period.

Three (3) prizes drawn weekly will be awarded during the Entry Period:

• Prize:One (1) digital gift card redeemable at the winner’s choice of restaurant or food vendor, delivered via Tango Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100.00 per prize.
• Total ARV of all prizes: $1,200.00 USD.

Prize is intended for the winner to purchase lunch for themselves and their coworkers/crew. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize.

Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each weekly drawing period. Drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the drawing. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days after notification, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each weekly drawing period.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to the use of their first name, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind.

Privacy:Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Governing law: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
