Check the machine for damage before the delivery truck leaves. If there are visible penetrations or crushing of the container, or physical damage to the Triumph, report it to the delivery trucking service driver and/or refuse delivery. Some tools are required to remove the Triumph from the shipping container.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your PermaGreen within the first 60 days, PermaGreen will buy it back for a full refund and cover the cost of return shipping. You get 60 days to run it on your own routes — if it doesn’t earn its keep, PermaGreen buys it back.
A 12/24/36-month limited warranty: 12 months of coverage on all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery, 24 months of coverage on the stainless steel frame against corrosion and cracking — and PermaGreen’s exclusive Corrosion Perforation Warranty also covers the engine and transaxle — and 36 months of coverage on the engine by the engine manufacturer. Normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and consumable parts are not covered. Replacement parts carry a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase, and warranty claims must be filed in writing within the warranty period.
