The Legacy is the ride-on spreader sprayer crews already trust, re-engineered around a patent-pending swappable battery and a clean electric drivetrain:
- Swappable 48-volt battery. A patent-pending pack that releases and lifts out in seconds. Drop in a charged battery and keep treating lawns — no cords, no fuel stops, no hours lost waiting on a charge.
- Electric-motor drive. A quiet electric motor replaces the gasoline engine — full torque the instant you move, zero emissions at the machine, and no pull-starts, chokes, or gas cans.
- No oil-bath clutch. The motor drives the transaxle and pump through a simple belt-and-pulley system. There is no oil-bath wet clutch to wear out or service — fewer parts, less maintenance.
The 48-volt heart
The Legacy runs on the Inventus Power PROTRXion S-48V60 — a sealed lithium-ion pack engineered for heavy-duty motive equipment:
- 3.2 kWh of onboard energy (62 Ah at 51.7 V nominal)
- IP67 sealed — dust-tight and washdown-ready
- 2,000 charge cycles rated at 80% depth of discharge
- 42 pounds — lifts out in seconds with the patent-pending release
- About a 3-hour recharge at the pack’s rated charge current
- UL 2271 certified, plus UL 2580, UN 38.3, and CE

Going electric changes the power plant — not the productivity. The Legacy carries, covers, and sprays exactly like the gas-powered Triumphs loved by 25,000 crews worldwide: a 150-pound hopper (three bags of fertilizer per fill), a 12-gallon tank (a full acre of spray per fill), an acre in about 15 minutes, a 35.5-inch width that clears a standard yard gate, a 14-foot maximum spread pattern, and a two-speed transaxle with reverse that tops out at 5 mph.
What goes away when you go electric
An electric drivetrain does not just run cleaner — it erases entire line items from your operating budget, season after season:
- $0 spent on fuel. No gasoline, no stabilizer, no cans to haul or store. The Legacy charges from a standard outlet overnight.
- No oil to change. An electric motor needs no crankcase oil — and with no oil-bath wet clutch, that service disappears too.
- Fewer parts that wear. No spark plugs, air filter, or carburetor to clean, replace, or troubleshoot when a season gets busy.
And because there is no gas-engine noise, the Legacy is quiet enough for first light — early starts and noise-sensitive properties are back on the schedule.
