PermaGreen Triumph Official Rules

The PermaGreen Triumph Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by PermaGreen Supreme, Inc., 5609 Murvihill Road, Valparaiso, IN 46383 (“Sponsor”).

The Giveaway begins on September 5, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on December 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”). One (1) winner will be selected and announced during the week of December 28, 2026.

The Giveaway is open to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and who reside in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia — or alternatively, the ten (10) provinces and three (3) territories of Canada — and who meet any of the following:

• Applicators: persons who apply turf care or pest control products as an owner, operator, or employee of a lawn, turf, grounds, or pest control business or organization, or who own or operate such a business or organization that applies those products;
• PermaGreen owners: current PermaGreen owners, whether or not they apply products for a business; or
• Property owners who apply their own products: persons who are not turf care or pest control professionals but who personally apply fertilizer, weed control, or pest control products to two (2) or more acres of maintained turf on property they own or manage. Acreage refers to maintained turf, not total property area.

Entries are screened against these eligibility criteria before inclusion in the drawing.

Verification: Sponsor may require a potential winner to verify eligibility before the prize is awarded, including business name, applicator license number, proof of PermaGreen ownership, or documentation of maintained turf area. A potential winner who does not verify within the time Sponsor specifies, or whose verification does not establish eligibility, is ineligible under these Official Rules.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (parent, child, spouse, sibling) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

No purchase necessary. During the Entry Period, you may enter the Giveaway by any of the following methods:

• Online entry: Visit permagreen.com/giveaway and complete the entry form during the Entry Period. One entry per email address.
• Promotional-link entry: Follow a giveaway link in a PermaGreen promotional email, advertisement, or other promotional channel during the Entry Period. One entry per email address.
• Mail-in entry (no purchase necessary): Hand-print your name, complete mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it to: PermaGreen Triumph Giveaway, 5609 Murvihill Road, Valparaiso, IN 46383. Must be postmarked by December 20, 2026 and received by December 24, 2026. One entry per person by mail.

Limit one (1) entry per person, whichever method of entry is used. Additional entries can be earned only as bonus entries under the referral program described below. Entries generated by script, macro, or automated means are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Bonus entries (referral program): After entering online, each entrant receives a personal referral link. For each person who enters the Giveaway through that link and is confirmed as an eligible entrant, the referring entrant receives one (1) bonus entry in the drawing. Bonus entries are awarded only for referred persons who meet the eligibility requirements above and who have not previously entered; referrals of ineligible or duplicate entrants, of the referring entrant’s own additional entries, or generated by script, macro, or automated means are void. The Sponsor may verify referrals and remove bonus entries it determines were not earned in accordance with these Official Rules. Bonus entries do not apply to mail-in entries.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded at the close of the Entry Period, consisting of:

• (1) PermaGreen Triumph Ride-On Spreader Sprayer with 5.5 HP Honda electric-start engine
• (2) Never-Flat foam-filled front tires
• (2) Never-Flat foam-filled rear tires
• (1) Spot Spray Gun Assembly
• (1) 2-Gallon Auxiliary Tank with Spray Gun
• (1) Handlebar Cover (included with the spot spray gun and auxiliary tank)
• (1) Carry Rack, winner’s choice of 2-inch or 2.5-inch hitch mount
• (1) $500 parts credit redeemable at shop.permagreen.com
• Free shipping to the winner’s address within the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $19,678.75 USD, based on the Sponsor’s published manufacturer’s suggested retail prices at the start of the Entry Period. The ARV reflects the 2.5-inch hitch-mount carry rack; with the 2-inch carry rack the ARV is $19,326.75 USD. The winner selects the carry rack size at prize fulfillment.

The parts credit is redeemable toward PermaGreen parts and accessories at shop.permagreen.com and has no cash value.

The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, or local taxes on the prize. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or applicable Canadian equivalent) reporting the ARV of the prize, as required by law.

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative on or about December 28, 2026, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

The winner will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the drawing. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days after notification, is ineligible, fails to provide a valid shipping address, or fails to claim the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Canadian residents: If the selected entrant is a resident of Canada, they must first correctly answer, unaided and within the time allowed, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor by email or phone before being declared the winner. An incorrect answer results in disqualification and the selection of an alternate entrant.

The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility (or, for a Canadian winner, a Declaration of Compliance), Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their first name, city, and state (or province) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, email delivery failures, or website outages.

Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Governing law: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
