12-Month Limited Warranty
What good is a warranty on a motorized machine if it doesn’t include the engine and power train?
Take your machine to a certified warranty repair center (or call to set up your favorite location), and we’ll work directly with them to get you the parts you need, as fast as humanly possible, from our $2-million-dollar part inventory (typically same-day processing before 3 PM Central Time).

24-Month Frame Corrosion Warranty
We use 100% 300-series, industrial-grade stainless steel for the entire frame, and both the frame which is protected against corrosion and cracking for 24 months

Warranty Terms
Except as noted below, PermaGreen Supreme, Inc. hereby warrants to the original purchaser of the Triumph B1B the following:

Protection Plan
During the Warranty periods listed in the table above, PermaGreen will provide free warranty replacement parts excluding those failing from Accident, Abuse, Neglect, or Misuse as determined by PermaGreen sole discretion. For details, see Exclusions listed below. Engine Warranty coverage provided by engine manufacturer.
Delayed Warranty Activation For Winter Purchases
The Protection Coverage begins on the date of purchase and continues uninterrupted for the entire term, listed in the table above, unless noted in the table below:

For the purpose of determining eligibility of the purchaser, we define the North American Cool-Season Turfgrass Zone as areas north of the Maryland Pennsylvania border, or north of 39° 43’ N.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF ORIGINAL PURCHASER
Original Purchaser must:
- Complete and return the Warranty Registration Card within 30 DAYS of purchase.
- Perform all maintenance and adjustments as specified in the Operator Manual and Engine Manual.
- During the 60-day Buy-Back period, Original Purchaser must maintain care, custody, and control, along with insurance coverage on the Triumph and employee operators. .
- File a Buy-Back or Warranty Claim Authorization for each Warranty Claim by contacting PermaGreen Tech Support at www.PermaGreen.com/Tech or 800.346.2001 ext. 108. (DO NOT contact the place of purchase).
- Follow routine diagnostic procedures as instructed by the Tech Support Staff or Website videos.
- Use only PermaGreen supplied replacement parts or parts approved by the PermaGreen Tech Support staff;
- Provide video or photos and return the defective parts if requested;
- · Provide transportation to and from the place of warranty service or Buy-Back;
- · Empty, drain and clean the machine prior to taking it for Warranty service or Buy-back.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF WARRANTY SERVICE PROVIDER (including Original Purchaser
- Prior to performing any Buy-Back or Warranty Repair, obtain a Claim Authorization from PermaGreen Tech Support at www.PermaGreen.com/Tech or 800.346.2001 ext. 108. (DO NOT contact the place of purchase).
- Follow diagnostic and repair procedures as instructed by the Tech Support staff or Website videos;
- Use only PermaGreen supplied replacement parts or parts approved by the PermaGreen Tech Support staff;
- Provide video, photos, and return the defective parts if requested.
Exclusions
All engine warranty coverage is provided by the engine manufacturer. Purchaser should review the engine warranty materials included with the original Triumph B1B packaging.
No warranty covers any Triumph B1B or components that have been altered, improperly adjusted, installed, operated, or maintained, or subject to Abuse, Neglect, Misuse, or Natural Disaster. Misuse includes but is not limited to: (1) the use of high pressure washing which drives fertilizer and water into bearings, linkages, and components; 2) the use of excessive force when shifting resulting in catastrophic failure of the transaxle shift fork or sacrificial rod ends on the shift cable; and 3) Removal of protective guards, coatings, and shields. Warranty does not cover normal maintenance or normal wear. Normal wear includes, but is not limited to, superficial corrosion, belts, impellers, vibration dampers, springs, cables, and tire wear and/or punctures.
PermaGreen Supreme, Inc. reserves the right to incorporate any changes in design into its products without obligation to make such changes on products previously manufactured
Limitations of Remedies
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PERMAGREEN SUPREME, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE, OWNERSHIP, AND MAINTENANCE OF THE TRIUMPH B1B AND/OR PERMAGREEN SUPREME, INC.’S PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES. INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO CLAIMS FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS, LOST USE OF EQUIPMENT, LOSS OF ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES, PROPERTY OR SERVICE, DOWNTIME, AND ANY CLAIMS OR COSTS OF THIRD PARTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CUSTOMERS, ARISING OUT OF ANY USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS EQUIPMENT.

Part Ordering Is a Breeze
New: We have online part ordering. Check out https://shop.permagreen.com/ to find the genuine Permagreen parts you need right now! We do currently offer a 30 Day warranty on all parts. Briggs and Stratton offer a 3+1 year warranty on the motor.
Part ordering comes with owning machinery, but it shouldn’t have to be a pain. Our dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Department staff will help you identify and order exactly what you need from our over $2-million-dollar inventory. We have same-day processing for orders placed before 2 PM (CST), and we excel at Next-Day and 2nd-Day Air shipments.
Many dealers who stock the equipment also carry common wear-and-tear items. Check with your supplier for details.

Easy To Use, Easy To Maintain
The Triumph was built for absolute minimum downtime. But, should anything happen, repair is fast and easy! Most of the machine is built with common tools, so common tools are all that is needed to change out many components. Technical documentation is available online and you can receive live assistance by calling 800.346.2001 Monday-Friday 7 AM – 3:30 PM (CST).
If you don’t want to tackle it yourself, there is a large and ever-growing network of repair facilities and service centers who can help! Any authorized dealer/repair facility can perform engine work, and any shop can easily obtain parts and handle warranty claims.
