ELIGIBLE COMPANIES: A. Those purchasing 3 or more Triumphs. B. An affiliate of a multi-branch organization. C. A franchisee. D. None of the above. Your eligibility will be determined by PermaGreen based on the number of your turf application routes/trucks. 2. HOW THE FLEET 10% PROGAM WORKS: A. Approved members may buy one or more Triumph(s) for their own use at the price quoted by the dealer. B. Then submit to PermaGreen the Proof of Purchase in the form of a paid Dealer invoice for the Triumph(s) at [email protected] or to PermaGreen 5609 Murvihill Rd. Valparaiso, IN 46383. C. Following Dealer confirmation, PermaGreen will issue a check to the purchaser for 10% of the invoiced amount of the Triumph(s) purchased excluding sales tax, other items, or fees on the invoice. 3. HOW TO APPLY FOR A FLEET 10% REBATE ON NEW TRIUMPHS: A. Complete the PermaGreen Application page(s) located on the website. Or contact PermaGreen® at 5609 Murvihill Rd Valparaiso, IN 46383 or 800.346.2001. B. The Application must be submitted by an authorized representative of the company and provide the accurate information requested. C. PermaGreen will evaluate the Application and may request additional information to determine eligibility. D. PermaGreen reserves the exclusive right to determine an applicant’s eligibility. E. The Applicant will be notified of eligibility. If the Application is denied, the applicant may submit additional information for reconsideration. 4. OTHER DETAILS: A. The FLEET PROGRAM will require an annual renewal. B. FLEET PROGRAM MEMBERS are strictly prohibited from buying Triumphs for an ineligible third party and will forfeit their FLEET 10% REBATE PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP. C. In the case of a Triumph Buy-Back, the 10% Rebate will be deducted from the refund amount. D. PermaGreen reserves the right to modify or discontinue the FLEET 10% REBATE PROGRAM and may remove a member for cause. E. Employees of PermaGreen Supreme, Inc. and its dealers, distributors, and repair centers and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible to participate.
