Problem 1

Small changes in ground speed create big changes in product performance that can kill your business with service calls, lost customers, and damaged reputation. Many riding spreaders can easily change speeds, but are calibrated to only one. 

Solution

Our Application System PATENT mechanically locks-in two preset ground speeds (5 MPH and 3.5 MPH) and a calibrated spread rate and pattern adjustment setting for each.

With the operating controls at your fingertips, you can instantly change speeds and sync the settings right from the operator’s position. PermaGreen’s application performance, simplicity, reliability and accuracy has been proven on almost 20,000 machines over 24 years!

“Coffee grinder” style rotary agitators create dust that gum up the spreader pattern-balancer, plug up the opening, and throw off calibration.

Components of the Spread System

1.   Oscillating claws dig deep into each outlet hole pulverizing clogs and delivering the right amount of product instantly and continuously. A retrofit kit is available for many 3-hole spreaders.

2.  A Lock-down screen seals the edges keeping clods and debris out.

3. An Adjustable Deflector precisely trims around beds, sidewalks, and driveways

4.  A 3^rd Hole Pattern-balancer and Shutoff for trimming

5.  An Oscillating hood shaker reduces fertilizer accumulation under the impeller. Triumph upgrade kit (PART # T101937)

6.  A Spray Shield reduces spray drift-back onto the hood and fertilizer accumulation.

7. As the top of our Dual-Sided Impeller wears out, just flip it over.
