Part Ordering & Availability
From belts to engines, bolts to tires, every part on PermaGreen equipment is available from their $1 million inventory! PermaGreen takes great pride in their knowledgable staff and Next-Day Air capabilities. All orders placed before 1:00 PM (CST) Monday-Friday receive same-day processing**.
Many dealers who stock the equipment also carry common wear-and-tear items. Check with your supplier for details.
Servicing
The MAGNUM was built for absolute minimum downtime, but should anything happen, repair is easy and fast! Most of the machine is built with common tools, so common tools are all that is needed to change out many components. Technical documentation and live support is available online or by calling 800.346.2001.
If you don't want to tackle it yourself, there is a large network of repair facilities and service centers who can help! Any authorized Honda dealer/repair facility can perform engine work, any shop can easily obtain parts and handle warranty claims.
